Kanta
Since her childhood, spiritual questions have always aroused great interest for Kanta. Through her readings, travels, and encounters, her journey led her to a wonderful discovery: Yoga.
After a transformative journey to India in 2014 and five years of dedicated practice in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, she went to train in Rishikesh, at the foot of the Himalayas. Kanta received traditional Hatha Yoga teaching in the Tantric lineage of the Naths Yogis from Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu.
She has been teaching Integral Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and also offers a therapeutic yogic approach for the past 8 years after training in South India with Acharya Saji, a Yoga teacher and Yogatherapist. It was there that she met Shajeesh, a teacher of Vedic Tantra, whose valuable teachings in Tantra she now follows.
Bhakti Yoga, including mantra chanting and playing the harmonium, and sound healing are also part of her practice, which she shares with her husband, Mahadev. Together, they are the founders of the Spirit Pop Festival, a major annual yogic event. They offer concerts and retreats in Europe and India, where they live part of the year.

Mahadev :
Mahadev OK is a Bhakti artist, Hatha and Kundalini Yoga teacher, born and based in France.
After studying architecture and coming from a family of religious figures, artists, and mystics from various European countries, Mahadev traveled across Europe, India, the USA, and Australia. He discovered yoga during a retreat at Plum Village alongside the Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh. He then charted his path in ashrams, particularly with the Sivananda organization, dedicating himself to Bhakti, chant, and studying mantras and Tantric practices related to Shree Chakra, Pratyangira, and esoteric numerology. In India, he learned rituals and pujas and discovered Sikhism's devotion through Kundalini Yoga. Today, Mahadev focuses on teaching mantras, philosophy, and yoga practice, and gives concerts, kirtans, and private or group yoga classes. He founded the Spirit Pop Community in 2016, and together with his wife, Kanta, he created two annual festivals: the Spirit Pop Festival, dedicated to Yoga and Bhakti Yoga, and the World Prayers Festival, dedicated to prayers and sacred chants from various spiritual traditions.
Trained in yoga and meditation techniques in India and Europe, Mahadev combines the experience of Tantra with music to offer a unique source of healing and happiness. During his Kirtan concerts, participants sing, dance, and let go to reach a state of trance and joy, rediscovering a sense of harmony, rhythm, and true presence, which is so important in our versatile times. A Mantra Yogi, poet, and spiritual writer, Mahadev publishes mantra albums, bhajans, books, and articles on yoga practice, chant, and meditation. "We are one" is the main message of yoga. The devotional path is a wonderful way to accept, practice, and realize it.
